Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

General Terms

1. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
3. Opened fragrances, samples, and personalized/custom items cannot be returned.
4. Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer are not eligible for partial returns.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a clear defect or an error on our part, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
• If the return or exchange request is for personal reasons unrelated to a defect or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing & Refunds

1. Return requests are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed.

How to Request a Return

• Please contact our customer service team first to initiate a return or exchange, including your order number, product name, and reason for the request.
